1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy applies to the soloph Casino platform operated at soloph.co ("soloph," "we," "us," "our"). soloph is an online casino and sports betting platform serving Filipino players across the Philippines, offering JILI slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, and related gaming services.
soloph is the Personal Information Controller (PIC) as defined under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) with respect to the personal data collected through the soloph platform. We have designated a Data Privacy Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing our data protection practices. Contact details for the DPO are provided in Section 15 of this Policy.
This Policy applies to all personal data processed by soloph in connection with your use of the soloph platform, regardless of whether you access the platform via web browser, mobile application, or any other means.
2. Personal Data We Collect
2.1 Registration & Account Data
When you create a soloph account, we collect your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a password (stored in encrypted, hashed form — never in plain text). You may also optionally provide a username and profile preferences.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data
To comply with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering laws, soloph collects identity verification documents when you request a withdrawal or when required by our compliance procedures. KYC data includes: scanned copies of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or PRC ID), a selfie or video verification where required, and proof of address or source of funds where applicable.
2.3 Financial Transaction Data
We collect records of all deposits, withdrawals, and in-platform transactions, including the amounts, timestamps, payment methods used (GCash account numbers, bank account details, e-wallet identifiers), and transaction reference numbers. We do not store complete credit or debit card numbers on our servers.
2.4 Gaming Activity Data
We collect records of your gaming activity on the soloph platform, including games played, bet amounts, game outcomes, session durations, and bonus utilization. This data is used for account management, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement.
2.5 Device & Technical Data
When you access soloph, we automatically collect certain technical data including your IP address, device type and operating system, browser type, referring URL, and session timestamps. This data is collected for security, fraud prevention, and platform optimization purposes.
2.6 Communications Data
Records of communications between you and soloph's customer support team (via live chat, email, or other channels) are retained for quality assurance, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance purposes.

- Directly from you — when you register, complete KYC, make transactions, contact support, or update your account settings.
- Automatically — through cookies, server logs, and tracking technologies as you navigate the Platform.
- From third-party payment providers — GCash, Maya, and banking partners transmit transaction confirmation data to soloph to process deposits and withdrawals.
- From identity verification providers — where third-party KYC services are used to verify identity documents, they share verification results with soloph.

7. International Data Transfers
soloph's primary data storage and processing infrastructure is located within or closely associated with the Philippine region. Where personal data is transferred to or processed by service providers outside the Philippines (for example, cloud infrastructure providers with international data centers), soloph ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual clauses requiring the recipient to apply data protection standards equivalent to those required under RA 10173.
By using the soloph Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your personal data outside the Philippines where necessary for service delivery, subject always to the protections described in this Policy.
8. Data Security
soloph implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:
